Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Return Eligibility Criteria

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The product must be in its original packaging, complete with all original tags, manuals, accessories, and promotional materials.

  4. The return reason must fall under the valid criteria listed in Section 2.

2. Valid Reasons for Returning Products

Due to the variety of products we sell, return claims are reviewed based on the product type:

3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

For hygiene, quality control, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition:

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Used or opened personal or hygienic goods (e.g., certain intimate apparel, health-related Household Goods).
  • Any product that has been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues (after the initial inspection period).

4. How to Initiate Your Return

To ensure a smooth process for returning your Household Goods or exchanging your Imported Gent’s shirts, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back using a traceable courier service to the provided address.

Note on Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Khazana will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a customer change of mind or sizing/color preference (Ladies’ Shoe exchange), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Exchange and Refund Process

A. Exchanges

For size or color exchanges on apparel (e.g., swapping a Gent’s shirt for a different size), we will dispatch the replacement item once the original item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return eligibility criteria. If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

B. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within [5-10 working days] from the date of approval.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be made to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial service (e.g., bKash, Nagad).

6. Warranty for Household & Kitchen Accessories

For all functional Household Goods and Kitchen Accessories, the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) takes effect after the initial [7-day] return period. Khazana is responsible for returns/refunds only during this initial period. After this, all claims for defects or malfunctions must be directed to the official brand service center.
