2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

Khazana.com.bd offers a wide and varied range of products.

2.1 Product Descriptions and Visuals

We strive for accuracy. However, due to the diverse nature of our inventory (from Showpieces to Gent’s shirts):

  • Colors: We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual color of products, especially for apparel like Ladies’ Bags or Gent’s shirts.
  • Handcrafted/Unique Items: Products like Showpieces or certain Household Goods may have minor variations from the displayed image due to their handcrafted nature.
  • Apparel Sizing: All sizes for Ladies’ Shoes and Imported Gent’s shirts are based on the manufacturer’s standard charts. It is your responsibility to consult our provided size guide before ordering.

2.2 Pricing and Order Acceptance

  • All prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, even after you have received an order confirmation. If your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Payment and Order Fulfillment

3.1 Payment Methods

3.2 Contract of Sale

A contract of sale is not fully concluded until the purchased goods are physically delivered to you. This policy complies with the Sale of Goods Act 1930 and is intended to protect both the consumer and the seller.

4. Shipping and Delivery Clauses (Based on Bangladesh Guidelines)

We adhere to the relevant e-commerce guidelines for swift product delivery.

4.1 Delivery Timelines

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within [1-2 working days].
  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within [3-5 working days].
  • We will hand over your ordered product (e.g., kitchen accessories or a new Ladies’ Bag) to the courier service within 48 hours of receiving advance payment.

4.2 Inspection Upon Delivery

You are encouraged to inspect products, especially fragile Showpieces or delicate Household Goods, upon receipt. If an item is clearly damaged or incorrect, you must notify the delivery agent and/or our Customer Service immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

This section is governed by our separate, more detailed Refund and Return Policy, which you agree to by using this Site. Key conditions include:

  • Apparel (Shirts, Shoes, Bags): Returns/Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues or defects, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and retains all original tags.
  • Household & Kitchen Goods: Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or used kitchen accessories (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless defective.

6. User Account and Prohibited Use

  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site to post or transmit any harmful, illegal, abusive, or obscene content, or attempt to hack, spam, or infect our Site, including through misuse of the review system for Imported Gent’s shirts or Ladies’ Bags.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on khazana.com.bd, including logos, images of Household Goods and Showpieces, product descriptions, and site design, is the exclusive property of Khazana or its content suppliers and is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
